Protoss Build i use.

I use a build similar to someone in uC- Named FroZen. Its a very good build, really stable against zerg, winning more than 80% of the time.
Build a pylon by your nexus ( DO Not block your gas )
Get to about 11-12 probes and get a forge.
While the forge is building, try to get a gateway and more probes.
As Soon as the forge is done, Get a cannon by your mineral line. (This will stop any rush from a 9pool zerg user.)
Build another gateway. (Make sure you have a zealot from the first gateway)
Get a cybernetics core. (Dragoons will need range)
Get a Templars ______ (I forgot name sorry..)
Build high templars and get archons.
When your army is good enough try to charge the zerg, do damage to their expo if they have one.

The rest of the build is up to you, good luck and hope this helps.
